Eastpointe was formerly known as East Detroit. The name was changed in 1992. The city’s school district is still called East Detroit Schools. The city was first settled by Irish and German immigrants in the 1830s. There are currently about 34,000 residents living in Eastpointe. Eastpointe has one zip code 48021.
Clutter Removal
We removed several “bed loads” of concrete and bricks from an Eastpointe bungalow. The unusual thing about this job was that we removed most of the broken concrete from the basement! To this day we don’t know why it was placed there. The customer said that we got the job because we were the only garbage removal company that actually answered the phone when they called.
