How We Work
We have dedicated ourselves to providing professional, flexible debris removal services at great prices since our inception in January, 2003. Our efforts have been rewarded by developing long-term relationships with many builders, financial institutions, real estate companies, restaurants, retail businesses and industrial concerns.
Step One
When you call our toll free number, you'll speak to a living, breathing human being. Our staff will ask you all of the pertinent questions to discover what you want us to clean up. We will then provide you with a price range to have us complete your project. If you find this range is acceptable, a representative of our company will visit the job site.
Step Two
Our field representative will determine the exact cost of completing the tasks you have requested by considering the location, volume and weight of trash as well as the type of debris to be removed.
Step Three
If our firm price is acceptable to you, we will arrange a specific date and time to complete the task. It might be the same day. Payment arrangements will be determined before we proceed.
Step Four
Our uniformed crew will arrive with the necessary equipment to complete the tasks you have requested. You won't be asked, or expected, to help but you are welcome to watch. While much of our work is dirty and unpleasant, you won't find our staff grumpy. We venture to say that you'll be surprised at their good nature and energy.
Step Five
When the crew has finished the project, the site will be left "broom clean," a term we use in the industry to mean we will sweep it well and don't leave any major debris behind. More extensive cleaning of the site can be done. We will be happy to make recommendations to you about our abilities as well as those of firms with which we are affiliated.
